October 24th Is National Bologna Day
Hey everybody, it’s National Bologna Day! Its only fitting that The Mantuary celebrate this day to the fullest, not only because pickled hot bologna is the official snack of Mantuaries all across the world but because of how bologna has impacted so many lives over the years. As young boys, it was always something special when mom would double up the baloney in our school lunches, and as grown men, I ask you, is there anything more beautiful than a jar of pickled hot bologna?
In the hurried lives that we live, it’s so easy to take for granted the processed meat snack that has been there for us so many times over the years. From the meat and cheese tray at our poker parties to that floating temptress of pickled meat we often find sitting in jars behind some of our favorite watering holes, we should never forget the impact that bologna plays in our lives. No matter how you cut it, bologna is Man’s perfect snack.
Congratulations Bologna, today is your day, so whether you like it sliced, pickled or hot, don’t forget to celebrate the finest processed meat the in all the land.
Here are 3 ways The Mantuary recomends you celebrate this joyous occasion.

I told my wife it was Nat’l Bologna Day, but when I pulled down my boxers she said it seemed more appropriate to call it Sweet Gherkin Day.
Damn. Didn’t read this in time to celebrate on Oct. 24. Do you think it’s okay to celebrate a couple days late? And….do you really want me to be a man or is that just something you say to all annoying girls???
