It’s A Sad Day…

The Founding Father had to put his 12 year old black lab down yesterday. It was the first time I ever had to put a dog down and I’ve got to say it was the toughest thing I’ve done in a long time. I told my 4 year old daughter he was going to a farm where old dogs go and she instantly asked me if we could now get a cat; Clearly she is taking this a lot better than I. It kills me to think of a summer without my:
mulching buddy…
my hunting/fishing buddy…
my BBQ buddy…
and my backpacking buddy…
