After a weekend of cooking out and throwing back my fair share of cold ones, I was pretty beat last night. So after putting the kids to bed I escaped to the Mantuary and concluded my weekend with the kickoff of Grilling Week on Food Network. From Memphis in May to some smoke house in Austin, TX they covered the gauntlet of my favorite pastime.
