Much like the classic scene from Billy Madison, I ran home today in anticipation of what was waiting in my mailbox. In this case it wasn’t nudie magazine day, rather Bon-Appetits BBQ magazine day. I’ve actually subscribed to this magazine for several years now- soley for this issue. If your not a subscriber, head to the nearest magazine stand and pick one up for your library of BBQ cookbooks. They’ve been publishing a BBQ Issue for 15 years now (I’ve got the past 10) and this year’s issue is among the best.
