More often than not, I spend my fall/winter Sundays watching ESPN’s instant classics of a recently played college game.  I could give a litany of reasons why college is better, but that is not the reason for this post.  For the few times I do hunker down to watch an NFL game, my basic TV package more than suits my needs.  That said, I fully understand that I am of the minority missing out on an entire world of NFL football channels, lineups, pregame shows, post-game shows, locker room cams and whatever else the greedy bastards at Direct TV get you guys to pay for.

Well, I’m happy to report now is your chance to turn the tables.  Though I’m not a subscriber, my buddy informed me that Direct TV is all but sending over an 18 year old hooker to keep you as a loyal customer.  With a 5 minute phone call looking for “better pricing”  they gave him the the Sunday Ticket and the HD Super Fan package for only $99.  Supposedly its a good deal, about $200 off their regular price.  Although I wouldn’t know… It will be atleast one more year before the thugs in the NFL have the chance to ”make it rain” with the Founding Father’s money.
